Job Description We are seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales Representative (Customer Support Specialist - CSS) to join our Oklahoma City Branch. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of service, parts, rental, rack, dock and door, and other aftermarket solutions while developing long-term customer relationships within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. With the right mindset and coachability, you will thrive in this role. As part of the team, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating new business opportunities both online and through field-based cold calling.
Compensation Package:
Base salary commensurate with experience ($48,000-$60,000) Uncapped commission program Essential Responsibilities Generate new aftermarket sales through proactive prospecting and field-based customer engagement Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with local management. Promote service offerings and short-term rental solutions to new and existing customers. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring all needs are communicated clearly and fulfilled efficiently Track activity in CRM systems and maintain accurate customer records. Coordinate with branch leadership to manage open receivables and resolve issues proactively. Deliver exceptional service and follow-up to build long-term partnerships.
Skills & Qualifications Education :
College degree preferred, but not required.
Experience :
2-5 years of proven success in sales specifically in the Material Handling Industry.
Computer Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
