Training them and supporting them to ensure their profitability and capability of serving owner builders. We do this by providing detailed training, marketing materials, manuals, tools and support ensuring we are redefining the future of construction consulting making a lasting impact in every community we touch.

Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team to sell UBuildIt Franchises throughout North America. We provide multiple support staff and a current marketing budget of over $50,000 a month for only two sales people (this position being one of the two). UBuildIt was founded in 1988 and began franchising in 1998. We have the tools and an exceptional product; we need you to promote and sell them. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for helping people while earning an above average income.

Responsibilities:

Contact leads daily. Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and secure appointments. Present product information and demonstrate the benefits to potential customers Meet or Exceed sales targets and goals - Minimum requirement is 1 sale every other month; goal is 3 per month. We provide leads, but we do expect you to actively work call lists, seek referrals and to generate leads as well. Lead Sources through

Requirements :

Must provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process following all national legal limitations and requirements. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers High ethics! Your clients are making lifetime and lifechanging decisions that effect their families. Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals Proven ability to present via video conference call, rarely will you meet leads face to face as our sales are nationwide for large territories! Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Proficient in using sales support tools and CRM software Driven. You must be self driven to succeed. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Provide weekly sales updates We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including health insurance. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we would love to hear from you. Pay is commission; 20%. Each sale is $40,000 thus commission is $8,000 per sale. Additional territories are $20,000 - thus $4,000 commission per additional territory sold. We do pay during training as a sale in the first month is difficult. By the second month your pipeline should be sufficiently full.
