This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping people take the first step in their martial arts journey. As the face of our academy, you will play a key role in welcoming prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process, supporting current members, and helping maintain a positive, professional, and organized environment. Key Responsibilities Sales & Enrollment Welcome prospective students and families, both in person and over the phone. Conduct enrollment consultations and assist new students with registration and membership options. Follow up with leads, trial students, and membership inquiries. Promote academy programs, special events, workshops, and seasonal offers. Help achieve monthly enrollment and retention goals. Member Experience Deliver outstanding customer service to students, parents, and visitors. Build strong relationships with members and foster a welcoming community atmosphere. Answer questions regarding programs, schedules, memberships, and academy policies. Assist with member communications via phone, email, text, and social media. Administrative & Organizational Duties Maintain accurate student records and manage scheduling systems. Process memberships, payments, and retail transactions. Keep inventory organized and stocked. Ensure the front desk, lobby, and workspace remain clean, professional, and welcoming. Assist with daily operational tasks and special projects as needed. Team Support Collaborate with instructors and staff to create an exceptional student experience. Represent the academy's values, culture, and mission in every interaction. Bring a positive attitude, professionalism, and enthusiasm to the workplace. Qualifications Required Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a client-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using Mac computers and learning new software systems. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive. Preferred Experience in sales, lead follow-up, or membership-based businesses. Martial arts, fitness, or sports industry experience (not required). Experience working with families and children.
