About Redbird Millworks Redbird Millworks is a custom cabinet shop based in Perkins, Oklahoma. We build quality cabinetry for clients all over the state — from kitchens and bathrooms to commercial projects. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, reliability, and relationships that last. The Role We're looking for a driven Sales Representative to help grow our client base across Oklahoma. You'll be the face of Redbird Millworks — meeting with homeowners, builders, contractors, and designers to understand their vision and turn it into a project we deliver on. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk job. You'll be out in the field building relationships, following up on leads, and helping clients see what's possible with custom cabinetry. What You'll Do
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their project needs and budget
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and interior designers throughout Oklahoma
- Generate quotes and walk clients through the design and ordering process
- Follow up on leads and referrals to keep the pipeline full
- Represent Redbird Millworks at job sites, showrooms, and industry events
- Collaborate with the shop team to ensure projects are scoped accurately What We're Looking For
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and genuine desire to learn and grow
- Excellent communication and people skills — you enjoy talking to people and building trust
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across Oklahoma to meet clients
- Organized and able to manage multiple prospects and projects at once
- Comfortable using a phone, email, and basic technology to manage your work
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
- Cabinet or construction industry experience is NOT required — just a hunger to learn the business What We Offer
