Employee Benefits Advisor Business Development

Overview Denaro Agency is expanding and seeking an Employee Benefits Advisor to work directly with business owners on employee coverage solutions. This role focuses on business development, client consultation, and long-term relationship management. You will be trained on our sales structure and expected to generate and manage your own pipeline. While prior insurance experience is helpful, it is not required. We are looking for individuals who can operate professionally, communicate clearly, and perform consistently.
