Job Description

With Honda ranking as one of the hottest brands in the region, we are expanding our team to meet historic demand. We are seeking positive, well-spoken, and highly motivated Automotive Sales Professionals who are looking to make a lucrative, long-term commitment to their careers and our team.
Key Responsibilities Customer Experience:
Deliver an exceptional, low-stress buying experience to foster lifelong customer loyalty.
Product Expertise:
Maintain a strong, up-to-date knowledge base of Honda models, emerging automotive technologies, and competitor vehicles.
Relationship Building:
Engage in meaningful conversations to fully understand client needs and customize vehicle deliveries.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updated daily and execute structured work plans.
Teamwork & Goals:
Collaborate with colleagues to hit personal sales targets and help the dealership achieve its volume milestones.
Position Requirements Experience:
Proven track record with previous automotive sales experience.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal skills and high personal standards for professional speech, appearance, and conduct.
Language Skills:
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a major plus !
Credentials:
Valid Driver's License with a verifiably clean, safe driving record.

Outgoing personality, high standards for personal achievement, and a common-sense approach to following instructions.
