We are looking for positive, well spoken, motivated, career minded salespeople who care about their future and are looking to make a long-term commitment to themselves and to our team. Honda is one of the hottest brands in the region and Tulsa is one of Honda's hottest markets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create the best vehicle buying experience to create lifelong customers. Commit to being a sales expert, by maintaining strong knowledge base of Vehicles and technology (for Honda and other brands). Effective listening and communication skills, both during and after the sale Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational features Work as a team with other salespeople and with sales managers. Maintain a high customer satisfaction score with Honda. Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer. Update customers info in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and complete a daily work plan. Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping systemQUALIFICATIONS
- Must have previous experience selling cars.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) is a PLUS
- Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to follow out instructions
- High personal achievement standards
- Maintain high professional standards in appearance, speech, and actions
