Full Job Description Benefits:
Bonus based on performance Flexible schedule Training & development Custom Closet Design Consultant — Commission-Based (1099) | Tulsa Metro We hand you warm, pre-qualified leads. You design, you close, you get paid. No cold calling, ever. Up Closets of Tulsa designs and installs custom closet and storage systems that transform how people use their homes. We're looking for one or two sharp design consultants to run in-home consultations and close them — on your own schedule, around whatever else you've got going on. This is built as a flexible side income to start, with real room to grow into more as our lead volume scales. If you can sell, like working with homeowners, and want extra income you control, read on. What you'd actually do Meet homeowners in their homes (Tulsa metro: Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Jenks, Bixby) for consultations we book for you Design custom storage solutions with our CAD software (we train you on it) Present the design, price it, and close the sale Hand the job to our install team and keep the customer happy through completion How you get paid This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Straight commission, paid on closed-and-installed jobs: 10% on leads we provide — pre-qualified, booked appointments 13% on leads you bring in yourself — your network, referrals, your own marketing To put real numbers on it, on a typical $4,000 job that's $400 per close on our leads, $520 on your own. Close two of those in a week and that's an $800-$1,000 week. Bigger jobs pay more; there's no cap.
Straight talk on lead volume:
think of this as a flexible side income right now, not a full-time salary replacement yet. Our lead generation is ramping — Facebook/Meta advertising is gaining traction and producing real appointments week over week.
The honest pitch:
