Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Sales Specialist you are responsible for calling prospects/customers and explaining our services. You will also answer in-coming calls to answer questions for prospects & customers. No lawn care experience is required! We will provide the software, the leads, and the training for you to be successful! If you truly enjoy phone sales and consulting, you will excel! Shifts are 4 hours in length and are scheduled Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Shift start and end times will fall between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Responsibilities and Duties Perform inbound and outbound telephone calls and meet established goals Continue to develop sales and customer service ability through role playing Learn our computer software system Accurately report statistics, sales, and account updates Qualifications and Skills Confident and driven individual with great verbal communication skills Quick learner•Has the ability to learn new systems, products and services Positive personality•We'll give you the tools to succeed, guaranteed One year of sales experience required High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Benefits Extensive paid industry and company training Base pay per hour, plus commissions on sales Potential for career advancement Employee discounts
