ROOFING SALES TEAM LEADER

Full-Time | $100,000 - $250,000+ Potential | Tulsa, OK Lead. Develop. Produce. Keller Exteriors is seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Leader to help build and develop a high-performing sales team. This role is designed for proven sales professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career. In addition to generating personal sales, you will recruit, train, mentor, and support Sales Representatives while helping drive overall team performance. If you have a track record of closing deals, leading by example, and developing others, this position offers significant earning potential and a clear opportunity to help shape the future of our roofing division. What You'll DoSales Leadership Recruit and onboard new Sales Representatives Train team members on sales processes, inspections, and customer interactions Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching Monitor sales performance and accountability Help develop sales strategies and best practices Foster a positive, competitive, and growth-oriented team culture Personal Production Generate and close your own roofing and exterior restoration projects Perform roof inspections and assess homeowner needs Present solutions and guide customers through the sales process Maintain strong customer relationships and referral opportunities Coordinate with production teams to ensure successful project completion CompensationWhat You Get $750 weekly training pay during onboarding Uncapped commission on personal sales 2% override on revenue generated by your sales team $100,000-$250,000+ annual earning potential Company vehicle Health insurance reimbursement Paid training and leadership development 1 week PTO Flexible schedule Significant advancement opportunities as the division grows Who Thrives Here Proven roofing, restoration, or in-home sales experience Strong leadership and coaching abilities Ability to motivate and develop others Confident communicator with homeowners and team members Competitive and performance-driven Highly organized and accountable Comfortable leading from the front and setting the standard Growth-minded with a desire to build something bigger than themselves Minimum Qualifications Prior sales experience required Prior roofing, restoration, construction, or in-home sales experience strongly preferred Valid driver's license Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to recruit, train, and mentor team members
