Salary Range:
$70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Requirements Proven experience in business development or a related sales role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools. A proactive and results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business leads through various channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies. Track and report on sales activities and progress.
