We're a full automotive appearance and protection studio specializing in: Professional detailing ($500 average job) Window tint ($700 average job) Paint protection film ($5000 average job) Ceramic coatings ($1500 average job) We work with daily drivers, enthusiast vehicles, luxury cars, and clients who genuinely care about their vehicles. We're looking for someone who has a background working with cars, knows how to talk to people naturally, and can confidently help customers choose the right package. This is NOT a typical retail counter job. You'll be helping customers: Understand protection packages Choose tint shades and PPF options Upgrade their vehicles Build custom service packages Turn leads into booked jobs If you've worked in detailing, tint, wraps, car audio, or auto sales, you'll fit in fast. What You'll Do Talk with customers in person, over phone, and through text Recommend detailing, tint, PPF, ceramic coating, and customization packages Build quotes and close sales Follow up with leads Keep showroom/front desk organized and professional Help customers understand the value of premium vehicle protection Work closely with installers and technicians Upsell additional services when appropriate Ideal Candidate Passionate about cars and automotive culture Previous detailing, wrapping, or tinting experience preferred Sales experience strongly preferred Comfortable talking to customers all day Strong communication skills Organized and dependable Understands premium customer service Knows how to build trust instead of sounding "salesy" Basic knowledge of tint, ceramic coatings, or PPF is a huge plus Compensation Base salary + commission structure High performers can make strong income with upsells and package sales.
