About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present customized bath solutions that fit their vision. This is an outside sales position where you'll use advanced technology to design and sell premium products. What We Offer Full-time opportunity Pre-qualified appointments (no cold calling) Uncapped commission structure Earning potential: $150,000 - $250,000+ per year Flexible schedule Ongoing training and development Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based system Design personalized bath solutions using our software Present pricing and close sales during appointments Participate in weekly sales training sessions Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous in-home sales experience preferred Experience in bath remodeling or home improvement is a strong plus Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Confident presenter with strong closing ability Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment Outgoing and professional personality Compensation This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.
