Job Description
Cornerstone Renovations is looking for highly motivated, competitive, and driven individuals to join our growing sales team. This is an in-home sales position where you will meet with homeowners, inspect exterior projects, build value, and close deals for roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and exterior renovations. We are building a high-performance culture focused on growth, leadership, accountability, and winning. If you are coachable, confident, and hungry to make serious money, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with uncapped income potential. Sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude and work ethic. Responsibilities Run qualified appointments with homeowners Perform exterior home inspections Educate homeowners on products, financing, and project options Build trust and deliver professional presentations Negotiate and close contracts Maintain accurate customer notes and paperwork Follow company sales process and training systems Communicate effectively with production and management teams Maintain strong customer experience throughout the sales process What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Competitive and self-motivated mindset Coachable and willing to learn Professional appearance and attitude Reliable transportation Ability to work evenings and Saturdays Strong work ethic and positive energy
