Build Your Income. Summit Structures is seeking an ambitious Independent Sales Representative to manage and grow our Central and Eastern Oregon market. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job. You'll be responsible for managing multiple sales locations, generating your own opportunities, and building a book of business with the support of an established company.
Territory Responsibilities You will oversee:
A primary office location in Bend Oregon. A satellite sales lot north of Bend. A satellite sales lot south of Bend. The right candidate will treat these locations as their own business and actively drive traffic, leads, and sales. What You'll Do Manage two satellite sales lots serving the Eastern Oregon market. Create and maintain Facebook Marketplace listings daily. Generate leads through social media, referrals, networking, and local marketing. Follow up with every lead until a decision is made. Meet customers at sales lots and by appointment. Maintain inventory displays and lot appearance. Build relationships with contractors, property owners, farmers, ranchers, and homeowners. Track opportunities and customer interactions in our CRM. Represent Summit Structures professionally throughout the territory. What We Provide Established brand and proven products. Who We're Looking For Entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable working independently. Strong communication and closing skills. Experience using Facebook Marketplace and social media. Self-motivated and highly organized. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations. Sales experience preferred but not required. Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor Commission-based income. No earning cap. High performers can earn $50,000-$150,000+ annually. Opportunity to grow the territory and increase earnings over time.
