We invite you to apply to join our team and work in our modern, Bend showroom. The Design Associate role is ideal for a friendly yet hungry, sales-driven person with a background or interest in interior design, cabinetry, kitchen & bath remodels, and/or tile & stone. The Design Associate will work at our Bend showroom to welcome walk-ins and internet leads to work one-on-one with clients for selection assistance, manage sales goals and KPIs. This role is salary plus commission once you have passed your introductory period of 3 months. The range given reflects base + commission, based on the targeted minimums. Unlike other sales jobs, we have very high standards for integrity and values where you will never feel pressured to close bad deals or compete with co-workers.
