As a Route Relief Representative, you will be the vital link in delivering exceptional service to customers while ensuring smooth and efficient route operations. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help keep our delivery network running seamlessly, making a real difference in our customers' daily lives. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns during deliveries. Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing products at customer locations and ensuring proper placement. Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales opportunities. Maintain accurate route documentation and inventory records using organizational skills and attention to detail. Communicate effectively with team members regarding route updates, delays, or issues encountered during deliveries. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is preferred. Strong math skills for calculating pricing, measurements, and quantities accurately. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of daily duties. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members clearly and professionally. Proven organizational skills to manage multiple stops efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
