Duties Engage and connect with customers to understand their design needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on product selections. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of products. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings. Requirements Proven experience in relationship sales, preferably in a retail or design environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Experience in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems. Knowledge of home decor sales is highly desirable. Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight key features.
