Inside Sales Representative

Terra Nova Nurseries, one of the world's leading breeders of ornamental plants, seeks an Inside Sales Representative for its Canby office. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, promoting our innovative plant varieties, and driving sales growth across all regions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about horticulture, customer service, and occasionally traveling to meet clients face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Promote Terra Nova's unique plant varieties and seasonal offerings. Receive customer orders and enter into ERP system Represent the company at trade shows Provide regular sales reports and customer feedback to the Sales Manager. Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Skills and Experience:

Experience working with garden centers, landscapers, or nurseries in a nursery sales setting Familiarity with Terra Nova's plant varieties and branding. Ability to communicate plant attributes effectively.
