Job Description

Join Caruso Produce, an established, family owned, growing, fresh produce distributor. We are dedicated to delivering quality and value to customers across the Pacific Northwest. We are actively hiring both Retail and Foodservice professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering responsive, high-quality service. Assess customer needs and recommend product solutions that are in alignment with their goals. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Partner with internal teams, including logistics and operations, to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Stay up to date on market trends, industry changes, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in produce sales or a related industry (agriculture or food distribution preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment Knowledge of fresh produce varieties, quality standards, and seasonal availability Strong problem-solving abilities with close attention to detail Proficiency in sales tools and Microsoft Office Willingness to travel within Oregon and Washington as needed.
