We specialize in fasteners, maintenance, shop, and industrial supplies, supporting a wide range of industries including manufacturing, construction, transportation, government, and more. The Role We are seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines sales, customer service, and operations. You will work directly with customers to quote, source, and deliver solutions while also helping grow the business through outbound calls and relationship building. Responsibilities Provide prompt and professional service via phone, email, and in person Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers Make outbound calls to generate new business and identify opportunities Create accurate and competitive quotes and follow through to order completion Source products and coordinate with vendors to meet customer needs Manage and prioritize multiple customer requests efficiently Enter and manage orders/quotes in POS system Collaborate with team members using shared tools and communication systems Support outside sales and counter sales as needed Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Post-secondary education preferred Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in person) High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow processes and directions Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable using computers and business systems Mechanical aptitude or interest in industrial products preferred Self-motovated, dependable, and results-driven Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Paid time off Bonus opportunities Profit sharing Schedule Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts No nights No weekends Why Join Us If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing things right, you will fit in well here.
