- 250K+ Income Potential | Pre-Qualified Leads | Residential Service & Installation This is not a typical electrician role.
We are hiring a Residential Electrical Sales Consultant to run pre-qualified residential service and installation opportunities. This role is built for a service electrician, electrical estimator, or sales-minded technician who enjoys working with customers, explaining solutions, and earning based on performance. You will meet with homeowners, diagnose electrical needs, present options, and close work. This is a sales-first role for someone who understands electrical systems, communicates well, and wants more income, more impact, and more ownership of the customer experience. If you are good with people, confident discussing price, and know you are capable of more than a standard technician role, this may be the opportunity you have been looking for. Why Top Performers Like This Role You are not chasing cold leads. You are not guessing what to sell. You are not left alone after the sale.
We provide:
Pre-qualified opportunities
A structured, proven sales process
Training and coaching
Strong installation team support
Clear expectations and accountability
Real income upside based on performance This is a true revenue-driving role — not a hybrid guessing game. Your job is to diagnose accurately, communicate clearly, build trust, and close the right solution for the customer. What You'll Do As an Electrical Sales Consultant, you will: Run approximately 3-4 pre-qualified opportunities per day
Meet with homeowners to evaluate electrical needs
Diagnose issues and identify the best solutions
Present Good / Better / Best options
Educate customers and build trust
Confidently present pricing and ask for the sale
Sell residential electrical service and installation projects
Properly scope jobs for handoff to the installation team
Set accurate expectations with the customer
Deliver a 5-star customer experience
Consistently produce strong weekly sold revenue With the right skill set and execution, this role is designed for consultants who can produce $40K
- 60K+ in weekly sold revenue through residential electrical opportunities such as service upgrades, panel replacements, safety corrections, EV chargers, lighting, troubleshooting-related repairs, and other residential electrical projects.
Type of Work This role is primarily focused on residential service and installation sales.
Approximate mix:
90% residential service and installation
10% light commercial Most of your time will be spent in customers' homes, identifying needs, presenting solutions, and helping homeowners make informed decisions. This Is a Sales Role — Not an Install Role This is not a production electrician position. That said, you must be comfortable physically inspecting job conditions when needed.
This may include:
Inspecting electrical panels
Looking in crawlspaces
Looking in attics
Reviewing jobsite conditions
Confirming scope before handoff to the install team Occasionally, you may make a minor adjustment or support a simple immediate resolution when it protects the customer experience. However, your primary responsibility is diagnosing, selling, scoping, and handing off work — not performing installations. What You Can Earn This role is designed for someone who wants to earn based on performance.
Compensation includes:
$60,000 annual draw against commission
Uncapped commission structure
High income upside for strong performers Typical annual earnings: $120K
- 170K for solid performers
$170K
- 220K for strong performers
