About the Role As an In-Home Design Consultant, you will serve as the face of the company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting customized bath remodeling solutions. This role focuses on designing, presenting, and selling high-quality bath systems directly in the customer's home while operating as an independent contractor. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners Build and present customized bath designs using company tools Provide pricing and confidently close sales during appointments Participate in ongoing training to continually improve performance Maintain accurate records and manage follow-up with prospects Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience What We're Looking For Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Prior in-home or home improvement sales experience strongly preferred Background in remodeling or construction sales is a plus Reliable transportation and local Portland-area residency required Confident presenter with strong public speaking ability Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills Compensation Commission-based position with unlimited earning potential Earnings are performance-driven and vary based on experience and results Flexible schedule for high-performing individuals Why Join Us?
