This is a key role in our Parts Department, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in accuracy and excellent customer service. Whether you're helping service technicians get the right parts, managing online parts orders, or assisting a customer at the counter, you'll play an essential role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Parts Counter Sales Job Responsibilities Promptly and accurately assist technicians at the parts counter with parts needed for Honda service and repair orders Support fast-moving service operations with efficient parts fulfillment Manage online parts and accessories orders from intake to fulfillment, including shipping and customer communication Handle wholesale accounts, including taking phone orders, quoting prices, and building relationships with local repair shops Provide front counter support to walk-in retail customers, offering product knowledge and great service Receive, stock, and organize inventory with attention to accuracy and detail Monitor parts levels and help maintain accurate records of stock and movement Collaborate with the Parts Manager and team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace at all times

Tues-Sat, Full Time Parts Counter Sales Benefits and Compensation Pay Range:
