As a Sales Lead on the retail team you will assume the role of guide, teacher, entertainer and chef. Simply put, you will be the local Ambassador for the Oil & Vinegar brand. Reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for achievement of sales goals, merchandising, operational duties, and other daily tasks typically required in running a retail business in the Specialty Food Industry. 1) Personal abilities/skills
Required:
- Passionate about food and cooking.
- Exceptional communication, organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proven ability to set and exceed personal sales goals.
- Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
- Availability to work nights, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Ability to lift and mobilize items weighing up to 30 lbs.

Business Qualifications Needed:
- Selling and Up-selling skills are a must. Ideally having commission-based sales experience is preferred for this role.
