Rick's Custom Fencing & Decking offers extensive paid training starting with the option of a 3-6 month On-Job training with our builders to learn our products & methods, followed by 1 month of sales specific inside training. Job Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or sales An aptitude to understand basic fence and deck construction (in depth product and Rick's construction best practices provided) Strong communication and organizational skills Must project a clean appearance & professional attitude. A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required.
Job Duties:
On job training may include assisting on project builds to learn our products and methods Achieve sales goals through inside and outside (in-home) sales. Set your own on-site appointments, we provide more leads than you need. Dedicate yourself to learning our system and products.
