Responsibilities As an Admin Specialist II, you play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and compliant Order to Delivery (OTD) process across ASM entities. You work at the intersection of sales operations, finance, logistics, and global teams to ensure revenue, bookings, and shipments are accurate, timely, and fully compliant. Through strong collaboration and attention to detail, you help enable business performance and operational excellence across the organization. Job Summary The primary responsibility for the role is to own and follow through the end-to-end Order to Delivery (OTD) process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance at every stage.
Key responsibilities include:
Understand and execute forecasting activities for system and retrofit orders Identify potential execution issues from forecast data and work with Account Managers to identify and implement solutions Prepare reports to communicate bookings and shipment status to customers and internal stakeholders Partner with Global Sales Operations and cross functional teams within ASM to support month end, quarter end, and year end activities Ensure booking and revenue entries are complete, accurate, and valid across reporting cycles Ensure all sales order processing complies with corporate policies and secure required approvals based on business dynamics Assist with technology/product specific capacity planning to validate customer forecast Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline Experience & Skills Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in order management, sales operations, or a similar role within a semiconductor equipment or high-tech equipment manufacturing environment Strong understanding of order‑to‑cash or order‑to‑delivery processes High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable working with cross‑functional and global teams Clear and professional communication skills in English Proficiency with SAP S/4 Hana ERP systems and Salesforce forecasting system What sets you apart Experience in the semiconductor or high‑tech manufacturing industry Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach Apply today to be part of what's next.
