If that is you, then you come to the right place. Training and pay structure 2 week training with store manager to ensure success and deliver premium customer service. Base pay PLUS monthly commission BONUS on everything you sell (no minimum target to qualify) we pay you for what you sell no matter how much you sell. Average sales rep bonuses out between $500 and $1000 monthly. Top Performers average between $1000 and $2000+ monthly. (This is on top of your hourly pay) General Duties Understand customers needs and help them discover how our products meet their needs Must posses a competitive drive and desire to meet and exceed sales goals Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced team environment Educate and engage customers through demonstrations, social media marketing and going out of the store to engage customers. Provide excellent customers service skills to all customers The ideal sales representative will be able to perform the following duties with little to no accommodations: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate may be required. Complete all aspects of the opening and closing the store following written procedures Ability to operate a personal computer and wireless equipment Cricket is looking for customer-focused, self-motivated, eager individuals to embrace our company values and grow to their maximum potential.

Pay:

$16.50 - $21.50 per hour
