JOB SUMMARY

Order, stock and maintain sales supply inventory as directed. Write and monitor weekly labor scheduled and adjust as necessary. Take and fill customer orders. Frost and glaze donuts for the case and orders. Stock cases and tables with merchandise. Bakery Sales experience and knowledge of bakery products & ingredients. Follow Department of Agriculture expectations. Performs other duties as assigned.

WORK HOURS

Scheduled hours may vary. Primary shifts are early mornings starting between 4am and 5am. May be required to work nights, weekends and holidays based on business needs. Although we are interested in providing our employees with a stable work schedule, our ability to do so depends on our assessment of work needs and business conditions

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Respond to customer questions and suggest additional or alternate products 2. Assist customers with product selection 3. Assist with the production of donuts to ready for sale to customers 4. Use the store intercom system to promote specific products 5. Take telephone or in-person customer orders for special products or decorating needs 6. Remove out-of-date products, clean cases and refill shelves as necessary 7. Slice and package bread, ice selected rolls and pastries and arrange products on trays to maximize visual appeal 8. Date, code and price all bakery items 9. Clean work and sales areas

QUALIFICATIONS 1.

Ideal candidate will have experience working in retail customer service. 2. Must be age 18 or older 3. Must demonstrate a friendly, outgoing approach to dealing with others 4. Effective time management skills, strong work ethic and integrity
