Job Description

Company background Alyrica Networks is an Internet Service Provider in the Mid-Willamette valley that services its customers through both wireless and fiber solutions. Position Overview :
The Door-to-Door Sales Representative drives new sales opportunities for Alyrica. By following the multi-touch profiling & prospecting campaign, you generate new sales conversations every week and follow them to close. You are supported by the Sales VP and Customer Service Representatives.
Salary :
$50,000/year (plus commission, up to $100,000/year)
Key Responsibilities :
Generate new sales conversations within residential leads by knocking on doors of potential Alyrica customers Place door hangers and attend networking events as requested by the Sales Manager. Conduct needs analysis conversations, propose solutions, and close new business opportunities. Liaise with customer service, marketing, and other sales team members to understand the full prospect/customer life cycle from lead generation to successful installation. Understand the current sales processes and make recommendations for improvements with perceived bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or duplicated efforts. Consistently maintain clean and accurate data in the CRM (Zoho). Go the extra mile in helping our customers. Back up inside sales team as needed
Skills and Qualifications :
Highly organized and motivated with an aptitude for problem-solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and CRMs. Flexible work hours including evenings and possibly Saturdays. Positive attitude, team-oriented, self-starter who can work alone and in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals. Travel up to 50%
