Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to develop and maintain business relationships throughout the Portland market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and growing a territory through both new business development and account management. You will spend the majority of your time visiting automotive repair shops and other business customers within your assigned territory. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory Visit customers in person on a regular basis Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts Present products, provide pricing, and follow up on customer needs Communicate customer requests and opportunities with internal teams Prepare accurate and timely quotes Track sales activity and customer interactions Attend sales meetings and training sessions Continuously develop sales and product knowledge Qualifications Minimum 2 years of sales experience required Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer accounts Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Distribution, automotive, or logistics industry experience is a plus Spanish language skills preferred Additional Information This is a highly mobile field-based role. Approximately 95% of work time will be spent within the assigned territory. Company vehicle provided.
