This role is heavily focused on outbound sales activity, including prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building with new and existing customers. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers daily Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and follow-up activity Build and maintain strong customer relationships Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services Follow up on leads promptly and consistently Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM systems Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and account support Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation as needed Stay informed on company offerings, market trends, and competitor activity Qualifications Previous sales, customer service, or outbound calling experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain persistent Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills Proficient with computers, email, and CRM software Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Preferred Skills Experience in B2B sales Experience with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools Proven track record of meeting sales targets or KPIs Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay plus commission opportunities 100% employer paid employee medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement and professional growth
