This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through in-person sales efforts within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, confident building relationships, and comfortable prospecting and closing new business. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Conduct on-site meetings, presentations, and sales calls with prospective clients Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services Prepare quotes, proposals, and service agreements Follow up consistently on leads and opportunities Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and activity expectations Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project support Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities Qualifications Previous outside sales or business development experience preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively Comfortable with prospecting and generating new business Strong organizational and time management skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Basic computer proficiency, including email and CRM software Preferred Skills Experience in B2B sales Experience in environmental services, construction, industrial, transportation, or service-based industries Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission opportunities Uncapped earning potential Company vehicle 100% employer paid employee medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement and career growth
