Outside Sales Representative Sand Castle Hash Co Portland, OR Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $75,000 a year 21 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Sales analysis Account development Field sales CRM system proficiency Negotiation Full Job Description Job Overview As a Sales Representative in the Oregon Cannabis Industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding market share within the dynamic and rapidly growing cannabis market. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with retail accounts, dispensaries, and other cannabis businesses. You will identify new sales opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Compliance with OLCC regulations is paramount, and you will stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and market insights to effectively meet customer needs and drive sales growth. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a thorough understanding of the cannabis industry landscape are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Account Management Develop and maintain relationships with retail accounts in the cannabis industry. Identify opportunities to increase sales and provide additional resources like vendor days and educational sessions for budtenders. Meet sales targets and objectives set by management Visit account list in person on a regular basis Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and shipment. 2. Compliance Ensure compliance with OLCC regulations and company policies at all times. Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate necessary updates to the team. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales and deliveries. 3. Marketing and Promotion Participate in and organize vendor days, product demonstrations, and promotional events. Educate customers and budtenders on product features, benefits, and usage. 4. Monitoring and Reporting Monitor sales activity, market trends, and competitor activities. Use Leaflink and other platforms to track orders, inventory, and customer interactions and requests Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cannabis industry or a highly regulated environment. Strong understanding of OLCC regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Working Conditions This position requires frequent travel within Oregon to visit clients and attend events. Flexible hours may be required to accommodate customer schedules and event participation. Ability to lift and move heavy boxes or equipment occasionally.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
