Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing wholesale accounts by building strong relationships with licensed Oregon cannabis retailers. This role focuses on driving revenue through product education, order generation, and excellent customer service while maintaining full compliance with OLCC regulations and company SOPs. The Sales Representative works closely with Fulfillment, Inventory, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate order execution and customer satisfaction. Commission based position.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with licensed Oregon cannabis retail accounts. Present and educate retailers on company products, pricing, promotions, and availability. Generate and manage wholesale orders through approved sales platforms. Ensure all sales activities comply with OLCC rules and company policies. Coordinate with Fulfillment and Inventory teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery timelines. Monitor account performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Conduct regular account check-ins, store visits, and follow-ups. Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, or product availability in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate sales records, notes, and forecasts. Support new product launches and promotional initiatives. Represent the company at industry events, demos, and retailer meetings as needed. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Adhere to company safety, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
