We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Marketing & Account Representative who enjoys networking, building partnerships, and creating opportunities. If you're motivated by helping people, developing business relationships, and growing your income through performance, we want to talk with you. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, property managers, realtors, and commercial clients Generate new referral opportunities through networking and prospecting Attend and host networking events Conduct property walk-throughs and commercial facility visits Present restoration services and emergency response capabilities to decision-makers Sell Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and service agreements Perform regular follow-ups with referral partners and key accounts Manage sales activities and opportunities through CRM software Track pipeline performance and referral sources Manage and grow your assigned territory What We're Looking For Highly motivated and self-driven Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems Goal-oriented and competitive Sales, restoration, insurance, construction, or marketing experience preferred but not required Requirements Valid Driver's License with a good driving record Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Ability to travel throughout the Portland/Vancouver metro area Professional appearance and communication skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Commission opportunities Quarterly bonuses Company vehicle or auto allowance Paid training Paid time off Career advancement opportunities Flexible work environment Supportive team culture Opportunity to build a book of business and significantly increase earnings Schedule Monday through Friday Standard business hours Occasional evening networking events Occasional weekend support during emergency situations Why Join ServiceMaster by QRT?
