Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative / Estimator to join our growing team. If you are ambitious, self-motivated, and committed to serving customers with integrity and excellence — and you want unlimited earning potential — this role was built for you. As an Estimator at Cal's Moving & Storage, you are the face of the company. You will engage prospective and existing clients — including property managers, assisted living communities, schools, and commercial accounts — to identify their needs and close moving and junk removal solutions.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Business Development & Prospecting Conduct 50+ outbound calls per day to contact existing and prospective clients Proactively identify and pursue new business through cold calling, job-site visits, networking, and digital outreach Develop and grow a strong referral network, including property managers, general contractors, developers, and assisted living facilities Participate in marketing initiatives, industry events, and community outreach to expand brand presence Estimating & Proposal Management Meet with homeowners and business owners in person to assess needs and craft tailored moving solutions Accurately price projects to ensure moving crews and operations have the information needed to deliver exceptional results Prepare and deliver clear, detailed quotes, bids, and proposals in a timely and professional manner Manage the full proposal lifecycle — from opportunity identification through drafting, revision, submission, and follow-up Client Relationship Management Proactively follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email to address questions and earn their business Negotiate and secure signed contracts Ensure client satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly and supporting smooth project execution Maintain Cal's reputation as one of the region's most trusted movers by delivering outstanding service at every touchpoint

QUALIFICATIONS
Required 3+ year of in-person, outside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota 3+ year of high-volume outbound calling or inside sales experience 3+ year of CRM usage (managing pipeline, activity tracking, and client interactions) Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and video conferencing tools (Zoom or equivalent) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
