Base + Commission + Mileage Reimbursement (DOE) About Company We're a vertically integrated Oregon cannabis brand rooted in craft cultivation, regenerative farming, and premium product quality. From seed to shelf, we take pride in producing clean, potent cartridges and concentrates that retailers and consumers trust. As we continue to grow across the state, we're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to expand our retail footprint and strengthen key partnerships. Role Overview The Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing retail accounts within an assigned territory. You'll drive sell-in, execute vendor days, educate budtenders, support product launches, and represent the NW Kind brand in the field. This role blends relationship-building, strategic selling, and in-market execution. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Sales Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensary buyers, managers, and staff. Grow existing accounts and open new retail placements. Present product lines, pricing, promotions, and new launches. Manage forecasts, reorders, and pipeline activity. Negotiate placements, displays, and promotional opportunities. Field Execution & Brand Building Execute in-store vendor days, demos, and staff trainings. Ensure brand standards are represented in-store (merchandising, signage, shelf presence). Collect feedback from retailers and relay market insights to leadership and marketing teams. Support pop-ups, events, and brand activations as needed. Reporting & Operations Track activity, sales, and KPIs using CRM and internal tools. Submit weekly reports on pipeline, wins, challenges, and opportunities. Coordinate closely with operations and fulfillment to ensure smooth order flow. Maintain compliance with OLCC rules and company policies. Qualifications Required 1-3+ years of sales experience (CPG, beverage, cannabis, or route sales preferred). Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Comfortable with physical activity (setting displays, carrying samples, etc.). Must meet all OLCC worker permit requirements. Preferred Cannabis industry experience and product knowledge. Existing dispensary relationships in Oregon. CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Experience running vendor days or in-store demos.
