We are seeking to add to our growing Retail Sales force. We are looking for a goal-minded individual to meet and present our products to our clients. No HVAC experience required. Must have a great "can do" attitude, willing to work nights and weekends when the appointments arise.

Pay Scale:

Base + Commissions + Benefits + Bonus; $65k+ 1st Year Income Potential (experienced HVAC sales professionals may earn much more)

Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality and the salesperson may regulate their work hours accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years consultative sales experience Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home Ability to use Company-furnished technology products Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record

5+ years' experience retail sales Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed Excellent customer service skills Strong interpersonalcommunication skills Good writing skills Professional appearance Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills Strong understanding of the psychology of sales
