Lead Generation & Sales Specialist

TIC Building LLC is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Canvassing & In-Home Sales Representatives. If you enjoy meeting new people, working outdoors, and have the drive to earn a strong income through sales, this could be a great opportunity for you. As a locally owned bathroom remodeling company, we specialize in one-day shower transformations and are expanding throughout Oregon and beyond. We're looking for team members who want to grow with us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Canvass neighborhoods throughout Central Oregon to introduce homeowners to our bathroom remodeling services Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations Meet with homeowners to discuss their bathroom remodeling goals and needs Take measurements and document project details during appointments Present shower and bathroom remodeling solutions that fit the customer's needs and budget Create estimates and pricing proposals during the consultation Explain payment plan options and current promotions Answer customer questions and professionally guide homeowners through the decision-making process Complete contracts, collect signatures, and secure deposits on-site Maintain accurate customer and project information Work closely with the office team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation Generate referrals and build relationships within the community

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong communication and people skills Comfortable speaking with homeowners and presenting solutions Self-motivated and goal-oriented Professional appearance and attitude Ability to take basic measurements and document project details Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Sales, canvassing, customer service, construction, or home improvement experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and follow a proven sales process
