Job Description:
Henry Estate Winery is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Wine Sales Representative to help renew our presence in the Roseburg market. This role is perfect for a people-focused, entrepreneurial individual who enjoys building relationships, thinking creatively, and being part of a growing brand with a rich Oregon & Douglas County legacy. You will serve as one of the faces of Henry Estate, representing our wines in both on-premise and off-premise accounts, while also supporting events and brand activations.
Key Responsibilities:
Renew and secure account placements (retail + on-premise) Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers Conduct tastings and staff trainings Represent Henry Estate at events and tastings Take and submit orders for fulfillment and coordinate release with warehouse Pick up and deliver orders to accounts as needed (short-term, until distributor placement is established) Collaborate with leadership on creative sales strategies and market opportunities Maintain consistent follow-up and account support

Outgoing, personable, and relationship-driven Self-starter with strong initiative Creative thinker who can work outside the box Passion for wine, hospitality, or sales Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and ability to transport wine safely
Position Details:
Part-time to full-time opportunity 1099 independent contractor position Highly competitive commission structure Flexible schedule Immediate start
Compensation:
This is a commission-based (1099) position with strong earning potential tied directly to performance. Compensation is structured to reward both new account placements and ongoing account growth, providing immediate earning opportunities as well as continued income through repeat business. Additional earnings opportunities are available through performance-based incentives and brand representation at events and tastings.
