SERVPRO Team McGinnis is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Representative to help grow our presence throughout the Mid-Willamette Valley. This is more than a sales role; it's an opportunity to become a trusted resource for local businesses, property managers, insurance professionals, and community partners when they need support most. We're seeking someone who is ambitious, people-focused, and energized by networking, business development, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, insurance professionals, property managers, and community organizations Generate new leads through networking, outreach, and community involvement Conduct presentations and educate clients on SERVPRO Team McGinnis services and emergency response capabilities Respond quickly to client needs and coordinate with operations teams during active restoration projects Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Participate in local events, sponsorships, and community initiatives to strengthen brand presence Uphold Team McGinnis's commitment to service, integrity, and compassion in every SERVPRO interaction. What We're Looking For Sales, business development, or relationship management experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Comfortable with in-person networking and proactive outreach Ability to work independently while managing a designated territory Professional presence with a service-first mindset Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends Comfortable working in a fast paced, sometimes urgent environment Why Join SERVPRO Team McGinnis?
