Job Description

Position Overview Empire Roofing LLC is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to drive business growth throughout the Willamette Valley. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong relationship-building skills, a passion for customer service, and experience in commercial roofing systems. This individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and guiding customers through the roofing sales process from initial contact through project completion. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, building owners, general contractors, facility managers, and commercial real estate professionals. Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and business development activities. Conduct roof inspections, site visits, and customer consultations. Prepare and present professional proposals, estimates, and scope of work documents. Drive revenue growth and expand Empire Roofing's presence throughout the Willamette Valley. Manage all sales activities and customer interactions within JobNimbus CRM. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, proposals, and project status updates. Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction. Follow up on bids, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities. Stay current on commercial roofing products, systems, and industry trends. Represent Empire Roofing LLC professionally at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions. Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals. Required Qualifications Previous sales experience, preferably in commercial roofing, construction, building materials, or related industries. Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and manufacturers, including GAF, Versico, and other industry-leading product lines. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. Experience using CRM software; JobNimbus experience preferred. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic business software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel throughout the Willamette Valley for customer meetings, inspections, and project visits. Preferred Qualifications Commercial roofing sales experience. Existing relationships within the commercial construction, property management, or facilities maintenance industries. Knowledge of roofing specifications, warranties, and commercial roofing applications. Experience reading plans, specifications, and construction documents.
