Job Description
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Sales and Delivery Representative at Mid Valley Dairy Services Inc. Where you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivery of products and developing strong customer relationships. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this dynamic role. A clean driving record and a Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement are required. Mid Valley Dairy Service will help the candidate obtain one if needed. We offer competitive pay, with benefits package and exponential room for growth.Duties:
- Inventory management and reordering.
- Stocking and organizing your workspace and vehicles
- Sales and deliveries
- Educating customers on how products are used and amplify their benefits.
- Develop strong relationships with your customers and understand the needs of their operations.
- Keeping a detailed record of sales and completing invoices.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales processes
- Execute direct sales approaches to secure new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, inside sales, or related field
- Strong understanding of territory management and account management principles
- Proficiency in conducting product demos and presenting product information effectively
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and converting leads into sales opportunities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in sales management is advantageous
- CDL Driver's license with Hazmat Endorsement required
- Must be able to travel out of town a few nights a month to visit customers in
