Full-time As an Excavation Sales Specialist at Apollo, you'll own the customer relationship from first call to crew deployment. You'll meet with homeowners and commercial clients, diagnose the problem, sell the solution, and make sure the right crews are lined up to deliver exactly what was promised. YOUR ROLE

Sales-driven closer working with new and existing customers. Dependable, self-starter. Meet with customers in their homes to evaluate needs and present options. Committed to earning repeat and referral business. Meet and exceed sales performance goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Review sewer scopes and provide estimates for repair or replacement of main sewer lines. Provide over-the-top customer service from estimate phase to project completion. Create positive working relationships with inspectors in multiple jurisdictions. Work with customers to answer questions regarding estimates in ServiceTitan. Manage team schedules for on-time service. Organize and oversee work and schedule of your teams. Maintain yearly completed sales of $1,200,000 or more with minimum two crews ($600,000 per crew). Oversee day-to-day customer facing operations. Goal-setting for the team and ensuring goals are reached.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years experience in field or operation position. Current state driver's license and clean driving record. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills. Project management understanding. Computer literate. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced field environment. Ability to work independently.
