Salary:

Full time $50k to $65k per year (hourly plus KPI-based spiffs and commissions on sales) Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is family-owned and operated since 1984, serving the greater Portland and Vancouver metro areas. JOB DUTIES

Generate sales through outbound warm lead calling over the telephone using a variety of techniques. Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, effective communication and strong listening skills. Update and maintain prospect database and opportunity funnel on a daily basis. Manage multiple activities simultaneously including interacting with customers while using multiple software applications. Meet monthly performance targets and required daily KPIs. Work with marketing department to develop.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have proficient PC, decision making and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to communicate effectively with customers. Previous outbound call experience preferred. Must be a self-starter who can work well independently and in a team environment. Strong customer service skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong phone, email, texting, and follow up skills. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage independently.
