Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on engaging prospective and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals—all from within the office . Key Responsibilities Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and online platforms Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify sales opportunities Present products/services and tailor solutions to customer needs Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams Stay informed about product updates and industry trends Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of inside sales, tele-sales, or customer-facing experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively Comfortable using CRM software and sales tools Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Strong organizational and time-management skills Preferred Skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Familiarity with sales techniques such as consultative selling
