Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Vehicle Sales Specialist to join our energetic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, building strong relationships, and driving high-end vehicle sales within a competitive market. Your expertise in outside sales, negotiation, and B2B (business-to-business) transactions will be essential to expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic outbound sales initiatives to identify new commercial vehicle clients across diverse industries. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts. Conduct engaging presentations and public speaking engagements to showcase vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers. Negotiate deals effectively by understanding client needs, managing objections, and closing high-end sales with confidence. Support customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a seamless experience. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and monitor sales progress. Upsell additional products or services such as vehicle accessories or maintenance packages to maximize revenue opportunities. Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure optimal stock levels and inventory control for high-demand models. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when engaging with clients via outbound calls or in-person meetings. Assist in marketing efforts by providing feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve outreach strategies. Experience Proven success in outside sales, particularly within automotive or dealership environments. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals in B2B settings. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively. Experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM software or similar tools is preferred. Knowledge of automobile sales processes, inventory management, retail math, and inventory control is advantageous. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, are essential for building rapport with clients. Prior dealership experience or background in retail sales will be considered a strong asset. Join us as we drive success together!
