We're growing fast and need a sharp, persistent Lead Setter to fill our sales team's calendar with qualified site-walk appointments.

WHO WE ARE

We are a full-service commercial snow removal company serving large commercial properties — office parks, industrial facilities, and retail centers, within a 90-minute radius of Blue Bell, PA. We offer premium service backed by real guarantees, real technology, and real accountability.

THE JOB:

You will make outbound calls to property managers, facility directors, and commercial real estate contacts to introduce our services and schedule qualified appointments for our account executives. You do NOT need to close deals — your job is to open doors.

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE

60-80 outbound calls from a provided prospect list Log every call and outcome in our CRM (HubSpot) Qualify prospects using a simple script (training provided) Book site-walk appointments for sales reps Brief daily sync with the sales team

PAY:

$17

• 19/hour base (based on experience) $50 bonus per qualified appointment that results in a site walk $250 bonus per deal closed from your booked appointments On-target earnings: $55,000
• 70,000 annualized for a strong performer

SCHEDULE

Full-time preferred, Part-time available Monday-Friday, 9 AM

• 5 PM EST (flexible) Remote-friendly after onboarding

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✓ 1+ years of outbound phone experience (ANY industry counts) ✓ Comfortable making 60+ calls/day ✓ Clear, confident phone voice ✓ Reliable, self-motivated, and coachable ✓ Basic computer skills / CRM experience a plus

BONUS POINTS

★ Background in property services, landscaping, pest control, HVAC, or roofing sales ★ Familiarity with Philadelphia metropolitan area of PA, NJ, DE, and MD.
