Primary Responsibilities As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. Greet and assist guests to identify their vehicle needs and educate them on our products. Present vehicle attributes, model options, finance options, and store policies. Facilitate customer test drives and ensure customers understand the vehicle's operating features. Conduct educational conversations and business dealings that represent a superior customer experience. Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers. Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the showroom and vehicle lot. Qualifications A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service. Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Basic computer and organizational skills. Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
